This website (slobiq.com) is a showcase for the Slobiq project. We describe honestly what data we process. At the moment there is very little of it.

1. Controller

The controller is the owner of the Slobiq project. Slobiq is in preparation and has no registered company yet. We will publish the full identification details of the entity before we start providing services to users or clients. Contact: [email protected].

2. What this website does not do

• it has no user accounts or forms that collect data,
• it does not use cookies,
• it does not use analytics, ads, tracking pixels, or external scripts and fonts,
• it does not store anything in your browser's memory.

3. Technical data and hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like any server, it processes technical connection data: IP address, time of the request, the address of the page visited and browser data. It does so to deliver the site and keep it secure. The basis is the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely the security and availability of the site. Cloudflare may also process this data outside the European Economic Area, under the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR.

Cloudflare also tells our site which country a request comes from, and your browser tells it which language you use. We use this only at that moment, to choose the language version of the home page, and we do not store it. The films on this site are hosted by us, without external players or video services.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to the contact address, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to reply. We keep them for as long as needed to handle the matter.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or with the data protection authority in your country.

6. Changes

When we start collecting more data, for example through accounts, forms or payments, we will update this policy before launching such features.
